- 4 large sweet potatoes peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter.

Notes
