Ingredients
- 6 Cooked Smoked Ham Slices
- 3 Cheddar Cheese Mild
- 8 Slices of multi-grain bread 7″ Dia.
- 6 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- Place 1 slice ham on each of 4 bread slices. Top each with cheese, another slice of ham and the other slice of bread. Heat 2 T of the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat until hot.
- Cook 1 sandwich in oil, turning once, until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3 minutes.
- Repeat with remaining oil and sandwiches.
